Founded in 2019, the firm draws from considerable experience in investment management and financial services and is an experienced provider of outsourced COO/CFO, accounting, operational, regulatory and compliance support services to a range of alternative and traditional investment management firms and their investors. Current clients include private equity funds, hedge funds, funds of funds, venture capital funds, family offices, mutual funds and other investment vehicles. We bring hand-on support for everything that your emerging business needs.
Founder & Principal
Kyle Minges holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and a Masters of Accounting from UNC-Chapel Hill and is a licensed CPA. Mr. Minges began his career with the investment management tax department at PwC in New York and spent the next several years in back office roles with various investment firms. The launch of Silverwood coincided with a move to North Carolina, where Mr. Minges held senior-level roles with two multi-strategy investment firms alongside his consulting endeavors.
Mr. Minges has recently located to northern Virginia with his wife, daughter and golden retriever. They live a quiet life, where Kyle enjoys exercising, listening to music and spending time with his family.
